Hello everyone!
It’s been over a month since I first mentioned I was going to see Noah Kahan live, and I finally have all my photos and videos ready to share with you. Apologies for the delay — life has been a bit hectic, but I’m back! Today I’m going to share the ins and outs of my experience.

This was my first concert experience, and certainly my first festival. While I attended a Gypsy Kings concert when I was much younger, the atmosphere was very different, and I only knew one song from their set. This time, I was seeing an artist whose music I genuinely love.
Another major difference: I stood for nearly four hours without sitting, whereas at the Gypsy Kings concert, I had a seat. It was definitely more physically demanding, but well worth it for Noah’s performance.
As part of the festival, I saw two other artists perform before Noah for 2-3 hours. It was enjoyable but I was eager for his set to begin.
While I had a great time overall, there were a few unsettling moments that impacted my mood. There was some pushing and shoving, and I witnessed a few people arguing over their view of the stage.
The scariest part was when a woman standing near me had a seizure, and paramedics were called. It was very frightening, especially with all the news I’ve seen about concert tragedies. When she was laid on the grass, I feared the worst, but fortunately, she was okay.
The Breakdown:
Pros:
- The transportation process from the parking lot to the field was convenient and quick.
- The car ride to the venue went smoothly and it was very scenic.
- I had a great view of the stage, which enhanced the experience.
- I enjoyed singing my heart out.
- My outfit was perfect. 😜
- I cried (predictably) during All My Love and Orange Juice, which added to the emotional experience.
Cons:
- I was anxious and overwhelmed, especially after the incident with the woman having a seizure.
- I was on the verge of tears throughout the show, so I had to stop singing at times to keep from completely breaking down.
- While I’m glad I filmed most of the concert (I love being able to rewatch the footage), I feel like it might have taken away from my ability to dance and be fully immersed in the moment.
- Standing for four hours was tough, but definitely worth it for Noah’s performance.
Final Thoughts:
The entire experience felt surreal, almost dreamlike, and I don’t think I fully processed it in the moment. While it was incredible, I felt somewhat disassociated throughout the concert. As nice as it was to be swept up in the emotion of the night, it did make it harder to fully experience everything in real-time.
Nonetheless, Noah’s voice was mesmerizing live—better than the studio recordings—and hearing those notes in person was truly unforgettable.
Pictures and Videos!
All Wrapped Up…
This concert was a terrific experience, and I would do it again, but with friends next time. For anyone thinking of attending a concert, especially a Noah Kahan one, I’d say go for it!
I’ll see you all in my next post… 👀
Until then, take care!
