I am already a semester into my senior year. π
As per usual, I need a sappy, sentimental, yet fun and exciting post to detail all of the senior activities I have participated in. I cannot grasp that the 4 academically monumental years of my life are coming to a close. I do think I am ready, however, to tackle the next 4 years with an open mind and heart.

Painting my Parking Spot π¨
As seniors, we get to paint our parking spots. My sister and I decided to do a play on Love Island’s poster, though we’ve never watched the show.
We were stuck in the sun for hours, but we managed to finish on time and make the freehand letters neat.

My First Football Game π

In early autumn, I went to my first high school football game. I am someone who knows almost nothing about football, but I knew I had to attend at least one before I graduated.
Senior Sunrise π
Senior Sunrise was by far the most fun event of the semester. My friends and I took photos and watched the sun rise. Later that day, we went out for drinks, and I got an ube matcha! π΅

Senioritis π
As for senioritis, a desire to be out of school, it’s been coming and going. I’ve been eager to complete my classes and I’m excited for the future, but I will miss what I’ve built all these years. I will miss my friends whom I only see daily because of shared classes.
Simultaneously, I’m ready to study more niche subjects that align with what I want to pursue. I want to meet new people and learn from people of all origins and backgrounds. While I can do the same at my high school, most universities have a larger and more diverse student body. I cannot wait to explore a new area as well. There’s much to learn with newfound independence.
Overall, I’m enjoying every last moment of my senior year, but I do have the desire to move on and explore a new chapter of life.
I hope you enjoyed this post, and I’ll see you in the next. π«‘
