1 Year Blog Anniversary ~ Let’s talk religion! ✝️

Hello beautiful souls, and welcome to the first post of 2025! Today is a bit of a late post to celebrate a year since I officially welcomed you to this blog. Although it was created on January 7th, 2023, it wasn’t until January 8th, 2024, that I started writing consistently and designed this space.

Last year, I wanted to share a post about my “Christian Night Routine,” but I hesitated because I didn’t want the blog to feel exclusive to just one faith. I’ve always wanted this to be a space where people of all beliefs and backgrounds feel welcome to read, comment, and share. This blog is a safe environment for everyone.

That being said, this is still my space, too. For those who don’t share my faith, feel free to skip a post that doesn’t resonate with you or read it out of curiosity. We don’t have to adopt one another’s beliefs, but we can respect and learn from each other. That’s how we grow and broaden our understanding of the world.

I’ll admit, I also feared having to explain my faith, my denomination, my mistakes, and facing judgment for not being perfect. But I refuse to let fear stop me from sharing something that’s such an important part of my life. My faith may help someone, and I want to be open about it here.

God has blessed me in so many ways this past year, and I want to share those blessings with you all. This space has grown so much, and it’s become something I’m truly proud of. There were moments I felt lost, uninspired, or overwhelmed, but looking back, I can see the beauty in it all. This platform has allowed me to reflect on both the good and the bad, capturing moments of beauty that I can revisit and relive through my posts.

A major highlight from last year was interviewing singer Gabe Chachas. Interviewing a singer was a goal I set for myself, and God made it happen. I was so excited, especially since I was just getting started. I hope this year brings even more opportunities to connect with people from all walks of life through interviews and stories.

Over the past year, I’ve also grown a lot in my understanding of myself. I’ve learned to embrace life’s ups and downs, recognizing that there are lessons in both the beautiful and the difficult moments. I’ve stopped taking things personally, choosing instead to give my worries to God and trust His guidance. Jesus encourages us to do this, and it’s been such a relief.

I talk to God every day, throughout the day, and it brings me peace knowing that we have a Father who listens, who cares deeply about us, and who understands us in ways that no one else can. We can cast our anxiety onto Him and speak to Him freely, something we can’t always do with people. It’s such a comfort to know that I can rely on Him completely.

May this serve as a reminder to anyone who needs it, you can do the same. Make this the year that you begin loving Christ wholeheartedly and trusting Him! It’s not too late!

Once again, thank you for joining me on this journey and for your support. I can’t wait to see what 2025 holds for all of us.
