Welcome all! For those of you who celebrated, I hope you had a wonderful Christmas! In today’s post, I’m beyond excited to take you along as I go tangerine picking!
This was the first time since moving from NYC that I’ve gone fruit picking. In the Big Apple, I’ve gone apple picking, and here in the Orange State, I’m finally tangerine picking!
This experience was not only fun, but quite relaxing. As a busy teenager, there’s nothing better than disconnecting from stress and enjoying little moments with the people I love.
We were allowed to eat the tangerines as we picked them which was sweet! (Pun intended 😉🍊). That made it that much more fun, and messy. My hands were covered in juice by the end of the day, but it was worth it.
I enjoyed my time spent with my beautiful sister, parents, and family friends. This outing reminded me how exquisite and peaceful nature is, as well as of true gratification. Joy can be found in the smallest of things, like running through this tangerine field. It’s easy to forget that lovely memories can be made in the most unassuming places.
And oh, how I loved spending time with these little ones! 🥺🥰
If you live near a fruit farm, I’d recommend checking it out. These farms are usually family friendly and a perfect place to relax. They’re suitable for all ages and are an adventure! Taking cute photos is the second best part. 😆
2025 is on it’s way!
I cannot believe 2025 is a day away. I’m beyond grateful to have spent a year sharing life lessons, poetry, personal experiences, fashion tips, and more with incredible people from all backgrounds. To my subscribers, thank you for your support. I feel blessed to share this space with you and to witness many of you be moved by my posts.
I appreciate the patience you all have had as I entered a hectic but significant chapter of my life. I wish I could properly express my elation for the posts to come and this continued journey, but this note will suffice for now.
I will have a final 2024 wrapped posted tomorrow.
